We’ve delivered improvements everywhere you select your customer, vendor, project, or opportunity. This once was a three step process: click to open a list of your customers, search in the list, and click the on you wanted…
But now, simply click in the field and begin typing. ONE UP’s search will deliver the match you are looking for. Try it yourself in New Invoice.
What’s Next: Next we will use the autosuggest field for accounts in your Chart of Accounts.. this will bring ease to your expense recording and accounting.
New template for purchase orders
The new Purchase Order template matches the look and feel of your quotes and invoices.
In the last few months, we’ve updated all the templates for the entire sales process, including invoices, quotes, sales orders, picking lists, and delivery notes.
Now we are proud to announce we’ve delivered our first new template in the purchasing process, for Purchase Orders.
New purchase orders you create for your vendors now have the same look and feel as the documents you send out to your customers. Re-printing your old purchase orders will render them in the new format also. Give it a try!

More decimal places allowed on printed documents
Printed documents in ONE UP now support up to 3 decimal places for quantities and 5 decimal places for unit price.
ONE UP printed documents now support up to 3 decimal places for quantities and 5 decimal places for prices. This is useful for businesses that sell large quantities of product that has a very small price, and businesses that sell very specific measured quantities of their product.
A4 paper size officially supported

ONE UP now fully supports A4 paper size for all of the documents that use the new templates:
- quote
- sales order
- picking list
- delivery note
- invoice
- purchase order
Enable A4 printing format in Company Settings
Just open your Company Settings and set the new Printing Format option to A4, and your documents will fit the entire A4 page when printed.
