It’s an exciting day!
Today, we are introducing ONE UP Automatic Accounting, a whole new way to do your books in a fraction of the time is used to.
This whole new way of doing accounting is so ridiculously easy to do, it’s practically hands-free. Log in to your bank from within ONE UP and we will bring your company’s deposits and withdrawals into an easy-to use interface that lets you generate accounting and see your reports in no time.
For each transaction it encounters, ONE UP uses clues from existing information in your system and suggests matches such as expenses, invoice payments, bank transfers and more. Just click to validate the matches and your books are done. You can even do it on your phone!
To get started, just go to Accounting in the ONE UP main menu and click your bank account, or add a bank.
In order to fit this feature in, we had to move things around a bit, so here are some of the changes you’ll notice:
The banking menu has been merged with the Accounting menu and there is a new “Settings” button in the main menu:
